Use of Our Website

Our website provides information about Campground Island, including rates, amenities, activities, and policies. Reservations are made through our booking provider, Campspot, and are subject to our posted booking and cancellation policies and code of conduct.

Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS)

Program description. Campground Island offers on-request text messages from our guest services phone line. If you call us and ask for our online booking link, we will send it to you by text so you can open it on your phone. We may also confirm details related to your request. All messages are sent only in direct response to your request.

Frequency. One message per request. This is not a recurring subscription program — we will not text you again unless you make another request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Campground Island does not charge for text messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive no further messages from us unless you make a new request and provide consent again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, email ahoy@campgroundisland.com, or text our support line at 717-292-1461.

Consent. Consent to receive a text message is given verbally during your phone call, after we read your number back to you and you confirm it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or reservation.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
