Reservations are handled by our booking provider, Campspot. Information you submit when booking is also governed by Campspot's own privacy policy.

We use your information only to operate the campground and serve you:

  • To respond to your questions and requests

  • To send you a text message you specifically request during a phone call (such as our booking link)

  • To pass along a message you leave for our staff

  • To manage reservations and guest services

Text Messaging (SMS)

  • We send text messages only at your request. If you ask us on a call to text you our booking link, we send one message per request to the number you provide and verbally confirm. We do not send recurring, scheduled, or promotional text messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our booking, telephone, and messaging providers), and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Children

Our website and messaging program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
